Basti Shehni Miani 
Basti Shehni Miani (Urdu: نی بستی شہنی میا ‎) is a village in the Jalalpur Pirwala Tehsil, Multan District in the Punjab Province, of Pakistan. It is predominantly inhabited by people of the Abbasi,Gharho,Ruk,Jhabhal,Charhoy,Mahajir,Malha,Lohar,Nai and (population in 2017-2018 is 8,279).

Geography
Basti Shehni Miani is located (approx.) at 29°26'05.9"N 71°04'59.2"E. It is located in the the Jalalpur Pirwala tehsil of Multan district in the Punjab,Pakistan, Asia. (Postal Code:59260)15 km away from Jalalpur Pirwala.
Culture
The village is predominated by the very helpful and great nice people , who believe in one God and really believe in humanity; people are very much peaceful under God's Shelter. Eid is the most popular festival of the village and people celebrate this festival with great joy. Youngsters are really very excited for this festival and they celebrate it in a full power way by banging the Dhol and with a loud music. People are the glory of the village. The most significant feature of this village is that people do not judge anyone based on their casts and religions; they believe in brotherhood, respect and unity among each other. Agriculture is the most significant economic activity of the people.Saraiki is the mother tongue as well as the official language of the village.
 Economy

As common in the region, the primary occupation for the villagers is agriculture, but many have gone overcites and also overseas to find employment and elsewhere.
Government

 The predominantly Muslim population supported Muslim League and Pakistan Movement,Now people Awair by the politics strategy that why many of them support Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.After the independence of Pakistan in 1947, the minority Hindus and Sikhs migrated to India en masse, while some Muslim refugees from the newly independent Republic of India settled in the city.union Council No. 115 Khanbela.NA-153 (Multan-VI)
